My story

Owning her own boutique has been a lifelong dream for Virginia - she grew up in a rural township with humble beginnings.

She recalls her love of fashion being inspired by two stylish aunts and her Mom that would visit from the city dressed to the nines.

“I knew in my heart I would open a store one day. It’s something that I’ve wanted since I was six or seven.”

Thus Virginia’s Secret Closet was conceived.

But before all that Virginia had been working in sales for major corporations for about ~35 years. She then started up as a pop-up shop in hospitals and markets and she steadily did that for 9-10 years. Until her dream was then fulfilled back in January of 2019.

One of the main purposes of her shop is to share her knowledge and eye for fashion with those alike! And for those who are interested in fashion! But, most importantly she enjoys seeing people happily walk out of her shop with smiles on their faces, knowing that she helped and made a difference. Because what she loves is seeing her customers feel happy and feel good!

So, you could say she “kind of” has an obsession with fashion!
